1. Service Fulfillment Process
Our fulfillment process follows these core steps:
Booking a Consultation
All services begin with a consultation or discovery call, which can be scheduled directly through our website.
Custom Proposal & Agreement
Based on the consultation, a personalized service proposal is discussed. If the client agrees to move forward, a payment link is provided via Stripe.
Payment & Confirmation
Once payment is received, we confirm receipt via email and initiate the agreed-upon service(s) within the timeline discussed.
Service Delivery
Delivery timelines and milestones vary depending on the scope of the project. These are clearly outlined during or immediately after the consultation process.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Timelines for each service are discussed during the booking follow-up or kickoff meeting. General fulfillment windows include:
Strategy or consulting deliverables: typically within 5–10 business days
Ongoing services or retainers: delivered as per the agreed schedule
Custom projects: timelines are defined per contract or proposal
If unexpected delays occur, we will communicate promptly and provide revised timelines.
3. Method of Delivery
All services are digital and delivered through one or more of the following methods:
Email communication
Shared cloud folders (e.g., Google Drive or Notion)
Live Zoom/Google Meet sessions
Client’s chosen project management tool (if applicable)
No physical goods are shipped.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate and timely information as requested during the project
Responding to communication in a timely manner to avoid fulfillment delays
Reviewing and approving deliverables as outlined in the service agreement
Failure to provide necessary input may result in delayed fulfillment.
5. Revisions & Follow-Up
Most services include a pre-defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or scope changes outside of the original agreement may incur additional fees and timeline adjustments.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the customized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a payment has been made and work has commenced.
